More Than Two Dozen Ethicon Transvaginal Mesh Lawsuits Headed for Single Federal Trial
New York, New York (PRWEB) June 23, 2015 -- The court overseeing thousands of transvaginal mesh lawsuits (http://www.vaginalmeshlawsuit2015.com/) filed against Ethicon, Inc. has consolidated 26 cases for a single trial. According to an Order issued on June 12th in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of West Virginia, all of the lawsuits selected for trial were filed on behalf of West Virginia residents, and all involve similar design defect allegations. A date for the trial has not been determined, but the parties have been directed to submit a proposed Docket Control Order to the Court no later than June 22, 2015.
