MoreSteam.com Expands Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Offerings
Powell, OH (PRWEB) October 19, 2015 -- MoreSteam.com recently welcomed the first class in an accelerated Blended Black Belt training and certification program. This new offering provides an alternative to completing the standalone version of MoreSteam’s online Black Belt course. The blended option is well-suited for individuals and small groups who may not have a Master Black Belt available for support. The entire training and certification can be completed virtually providing an individualized experience with great flexibility to suit student schedules in any time zone.
In the Blended Black Belt program, candidates complete 145 hours of eLearning that cover the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Body of Knowledge. A series of virtual group study halls supplement the online lessons. The Blended Black Belt Program also delivers one-on-one project coaching and a course reference manual. All study halls and individual coaching sessions are led by a Master Black Belt who is experienced with MoreSteam’s technology and certification criteria. In addition, a one-week simulation-based workshop is available for candidates who want to practice applying their newly learned Lean Six Sigma problem solving skills. Candidates are encouraged to work on their projects as they progress through the training in order to finish within the targeted timeframe. From start to finish, certification can be completed in 18 months.
