Everett, WA (PRWEB) July 29, 2013 -- Mortgage Advisory Group is pleased to announce that two additional high-level mortgage Managers have joined their team: Brian Miller as Manager of Talent Acquisition and Scott Hale as Manager of Underwriting.
Miller is an accomplished mortgage banking industry recruiter who has combined experience in corporate recruitment, agency recruitment, staffing, and executive sourcing. Miller has worked for some of the nation’s largest lenders in senior talent recruitment roles. Miller also specializes in corporate planning, organizing, and scheduling large-scale recruiting efforts, and was most recently the Talent Acquisition Manager for Stearns Lending in Dallas, TX.
Hale offers over thirteen years of mortgage industry and banking experience including lending origination, home preservation, risk management and analysis, retail, wholesale, correspondent and operations. Hale is also a Direct Endorsement Underwriter, focused on compliance and assessment of risk management. Most recently, he was with Legacy Group where he served as Manager of Underwriting.
At Mortgage Advisory Group, Miller will be responsible for the recruiting efforts and talent acquisition on a local and national scale. Hale will oversee the daily operations of the Underwriting Team, assisting in the training and development of staff members, ensuring Mortgage Advisory Group continues to meet quality standards, focusing on compliance with all investor and company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
