Mountaineer Home Medical to Host Health and Resource Fair
Morgantown, WV (PRWEB) February 04, 2014 -- Mountaineer Home Medical, a respiratory, mobility, and sleep health leader, announced today they will be hosting their annual 2014 Health and Resource Fair on Friday, February 7 at their Morgantown, West Virginia storefront. In line with most people’s annual traditional health and wellness New Year’s Resolutions, Mountaineer Home Medical will provide vendors and services to help community members to live healthy lives.
The fair will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Friday, where community members and health fanatics can attend to learn more about several health areas, such as massage services, nutrition, skin care, and hospice care.
Vendors currently include: Advantage Health and Wellness, Hospice Care Corporation, Reliable Healthcare Solutions, NU Skin by Amanda Snider, Massages by Diana, Pulmonary Rehab, Positive Impact Counseling SVS, Nutrition Pit, and Concrete Technology.
The fair will also feature a variety of health testing services provided by Monongalia General Hospital of Morgantown. Interested customers can sign-up for multi-phasic blood screenings, blood pressure screenings, weight/BMI testing, bone density screenings, and EKGs: all of which are $30 each. For $15 per service, the licensed nurses from Mon General Hospital can offer (TSH) Thyroid testing or (PSA) Prostate Antigen. All of the provided services do not require healthcare insurance.
