MR Direct Adds Four Stylish Sinks to Its Stone Collection
Toledo, Ohio (PRWEB) December 30, 2015 -- Developed to add diversity to their bathroom sink collection, MR Direct is today, proudly introducing four of its eight new vessel sink designs. The traditionally uniform round bowl, and simple rectangular-shaped basins, commonly found on today’s market, will now be balanced by these new, intriguing creations. Vessels, which rest upon the vanity rather than set into it, are continuing to grow in popularity; and these new stone basins are sure to become long-time favorites.
The 864, Golden Silk Onyx sink presents a multi-level design within an overall rectangular shape. The stunning onyx stone is colored in swirling patterns of burnt umber, sepia, and tan. The main basin is offset to the right with rounded corners and a centerset drain. To its left is chiseled a shallow ledge. The entire sink presents as a thick, widespread slab of amber onyx, seemingly just hewn from the mountain-side. The smooth and glossy, highly-polished interior stands in sharp contrast to the rough un-finished exterior.
Another rectangular design is featured in the 865, Impala Black Granite sink. This striking basin gives the illusion of being a sculpture in progress. The polished black, rounded-corner interior bowl is shallow and wide with a centerset drain. Its smooth dark finish contrasts with the rough gray stone lingering on opposite corners and along random areas of the exterior. A pre-drilled hole along the back ridge provides perfect placement for a single-handle vessel faucet.
The 866 is also chiseled out of Impala Black Granite, however this model takes on an asymmetrical oval shape. Its thick rough-hewn sides rise and roll to different levels around the highly-polished, reflective black interior. The entire matte exterior is naturally textured with random small stones protruding from the coarse gray curves.
Offering a softer, flowing appearance is the 867. This Galaga Beige Marble sink is cream colored with sienna-tinted veins running throughout. It is formed into a squared-up flower shape, with its four corners rising gracefully from the arched base then unfolding outward into a wide petal shape. The weight of marble seems to dissipate in this light, elegant design.
