MSI Appoints Katrin Windsor & Garrick Respress as RVP's

Katrin Windsor has been appointed as regional vice president, North East, Mid-Atlantic and Eastern Canada region headquartered out of Hampton NH, and Garrick Respress has been appointed regional vice president for the Southern region based in Atlanta GA. In these roles, they will be responsible for cultivating new and existing relationships with corporations that require global talent solutions.
Windsor is a highly regarded talent management expert, globalist, coach, project manager and growth strategist. She is an expert at analyzing complex issues and crafting award winning solutions, geared to an organizations goals and objectives. Windsor has held leadership roles at Pearson, Roguewave, and C-ATS Software. She is a certified coach and earned her BS in Business Administration from the University of Akron, Ohio.
Respress is also a highly regarded talent management and HR practitioner. He excels in the areas of business strategy, management consulting, human capital management, forensic accounting and building strategic business rationales. Respress has held senior management positions at York & Wellston, Robert Half International, YER and The Presidium Group. He is an acclaimed college basketball coach and recruiter and earned his bachelors degree in business administration form Georgia State and MBA from Tennessee Technological University.
