MSI Credit Solutions CEO to Teach TREC MCE Elective Courses
Frisco, TX (PRWEB) February 25, 2015 -- MSI Credit Solutions’ CEO Ricardo Mendiola recently received his Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) MCE instructor approval. Mendiola will begin teaching elective courses soon. This new venture will allow Mendiola and MSI to make a difference in the real estate industry and in the community.
Mendiola will provide courses that will deal with important credit educational information. This information will allow real estate agents to have a better understanding of credit. They will then be able to better instruct their clients through the home-buying process.
All active license holders have a CE non-elective and elective course requirement. According to the TREC, all license holders are required to take a three-hour Legal Update course and a three-hour Legal Ethics course. These courses, created for and approved by the TREC, satisfy the six legal hours of mandatory continuing education.
Brokers who sponsor a sales agent, designated brokers of a business entity, or license holders who are delegated supervisor of one or more license holders for six months or more, are also required to attend a six-hour CE Broker Responsibility course.
