Mt. Washington Valley Wellness Collaborative Launches the Go With-Inn Retreat Series
Albany, NH (PRWEB) July 03, 2015 -- As people are yearning for connectedness and a tranquil state of mind in our digitally driven world, local Innkeeper Marc Donaldson of The Darby Field Inn and Restaurant has teamed up with a number of community businesses to offer a healthy solution through a series of retreats he has coined the INN Revivalist Movement.
“We’re inviting people back to balance by turning off their electronics for a short while and tuning INN to the quiet, calm nature of our land and each other,” says Donaldson, who along with his wife Maria, have had the pleasure of owning the Inn for more than 35 years and hope each guest enjoys its treasures as much as they still do.
The forward-thinking Innkeeper, inspired by Dixie Lea, his Kripalu yoga teacher and potentialist Michael Kline, has combined holistic therapies and indigenous traditions in a series of wellness retreats with the healing effects of The Darby Field Inn as the backdrop.
Women’s Find Greatness With-Inn Tues., August 25th – Friday 28th
Senior Empowerment from With-Inn Tues., September 8th – Friday 11th
Couple’s Rejuvenation from With-Inn Tues., October 27th – Friday 30th
Dixie Lea, founder of Sunshine Yoga Community Alliance and limber leader of the Inn Revivalist Movement feels, “we live in a world where multi-tasking is the expected norm if we are to succeed in upward mobility.” Lea adds, “with the gift of the internet, we can be wired to our work and world everywhere even if this means we are doing so at the expense of our health and relationships.” Lea feels yoga offers tools to help us de-stress and disconnect gracefully from technology when necessary.
Michael Kline of Kline seminars recently changed his business name to Intus, which is Latin for within. “Creating safe spaces for people to go within themselves for personal transformation is what we do as a company,” Kline shares, “I am happy aligning with my community colleagues to bring this knowledge and training to the idyllic setting of the Darby Field Inn.” He invites us all to go withINN™ with his unique “Technology Recovery” sessions and inner healing methods.
WickedGoodTravelTips.com recently joined the Inn Revivalist Movement and is a proud supporter of peace, quiet and inner harmony as part of their Wellness Beyond Borders initiative. By turning off and tuning INN, if even for a handful of days, travelers can achieve renewed life balance and return home with an enhanced sense of wellness.
The Darby Field Inn is located in the heart of the White Mountains, situated close to North Conway, New Hampshire offering an intimate B & B experience. The romantic 13 room, full-service inn sits at the end of an unwinding road and has been bringing culinary excellence to the Mt. Washington Valley for over 30 years.
