Kristen brings over 7 years of experience in the multifamily industry and extensive knowledge in property management and utility billing. Prior to joining Multifamily Utility Company, Kristen held numerous roles with Alliance Residential Company. Kristen worked as a Regional Support Specialist at their company headquarters in Phoenix, AZ where she implemented new processes and practices for the company. She also has extensive on site experience at several developments which will provide her with a leading edge in understanding the community’s role with regards to utility billing.
