MuseAmi's Hook’d for Facebook Messenger Selected as a Charter App for Expanded IM Platform at F8 2015

At F8, Facebook’s developer conference held here yesterday, Facebook announced Messenger Platform, a new way for app developers to integrate with Messenger, bringing the ability to add even more forms of expression and rich media to conversations.
Hook’d for Facebook Messenger is the only app designed to initiate conversations among the more than 600 million Messenger users through music by enabling them to record and share “selfie” videos as they sing the chorus (or “hook”) of popular songs. All songs, which feature the original recording artists’ master tracks, can be quickly accessed via an elegant and intuitive user interface for mobile devices. Professional-grade audio tools are provided to make each music video sound polished, and finished creations can be quickly and easily shared with any number of friends.
The Facebook Messenger app debuted in 2011 and has become THE place for people to express themselves with their friends and close contacts. Designed to give people a faster and more expressive way to communicate via mobile devices, Messenger is as quick as SMS, but offers many more options—including the sending of stickers, videos and selfies, as well as group chat and free calls.
