Musician and 4-Time Cancer Survivor Gives Hope to the Nashville Rescue Mission With His Song
Jacksonville, FL (PRWEB) November 12, 2014 -- A 4-Time Cancer Survivor, a Live Spot on CBS, and a Free Music Download
Four-time cancer survivor Ryan Hamner’s song “Where Hope Lives”, previously written for the American Cancer Society, will be running throughout November on CBS as a public service announcement supporting the Nashville Rescue Mission.
Awarding-winning videographer, Jerry Walker, produced the video. Walker has also produced an Emmy award winning music video for the Nashville Rescue Mission in 2010 featuring Brandon Heath’s song “Give Me Your Eyes”.
Hamner’s signature tone, insightful lyrics, and positive outlook, allow for people at any stage of life to relate to “Where Hope Lives” lyrical message. This song reminds people that no matter where you are in life there is a warm place to call home. “Ironically, the Nashville Rescue Mission had found the track on iTunes after searching for their tagline ‘Hope Lives Here’ on Google”, Hamner said. According to their website, the Nashville Rescue Mission seeks to help the hurting of Middle Tennessee by offering food, clothing and shelter to the homeless and recovery programs to those enslaved in life degrading problems.
Hamner is always looking for opportunities to expand his time and talents and is open to additional licensing on other inspiring tracks like “Survivors Survive” and “Where Hope Lives”. Producer Paul Umbach, who has worked with artists including Britney, Matt White, Ninedays, and NSYNC, produced the song “Where Hope Lives”. In addition to his love for writing and recording uplifting music, Ryan also participates in leadership opportunities. In 2010, he was featured as the Keynote Speaker at Emory’s Celebration of Living. Event organizers can contact Hamner at
