Broomfield, Colorado (PRWEB) October 01, 2014 -- MWH Global, the premier solutions provider focused on water and natural resources, today announced Dick Talley will assume the role of the Oregon Area Manager for MWH in the Americas. Talley joined MWH in 2013 and brings more than 25-years of professional experience in the water and wastewater consulting industry. Talley will be based out of the MWH Portland office.
With nearly three decades as a successful consultant, the majority of Talley’s experience has been in the municipal markets of Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, and the Dakotas. Talley also spent nearly a decade in research and development and technology deployment that led to the formation of a publicly held company that developed methyl ester production using a variety of animal based feed stocks.
In his new role, Talley will be responsible for client service, project delivery and management of the full suite of MWH wet infrastructure services throughout the State of Oregon. Talley has extensive experience as a project manager, civil engineer and construction manager in developing water infrastructure in both rural and urban environments. Over the years, Talley has maintained an outstanding track record of creating value for clients having, held previous leadership positions both as president, chief operating officer, discipline director, regional manager and program manager during his career.

Talley holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Wyoming and is a licensed professional engineer in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming. Additionally, Talley holds certification as a Project Management Professional.
