McIntyre joins as Account Consultant and will serve as a valuable resource to help customers optimize recruitment strategies based on caregiver research and industry insight. LaRocco, Pettaway, and McIntyre will report to Amara McClusky, Director of Sales.
LaRocco, originally from the suburbs of Chicago, brings fifteen years of professional sales experience. In the past decade, she has thrived in various SAS sales roles. “I’m thrilled for this next step in my career – the problems I will get to solve on a daily basis are game-changing and will shape the future of the caregiver recruitment industry,” adds LaRocco.
Pettaway steps into this role from the broadcast industry and brings a strong passion to better connect employers to caregivers that will ultimately service the needs of the elderly. “I look forward to introducing companies to our latest tools so they can hire more smartly, focusing time on the most strategic parts of recruitment versus sifting through stacks of unqualified candidates,” adds Pettaway.
