myStrength to Speak at Two Prestigious Healthcare Conferences in September
Denver, CO (PRWEB) August 29, 2017 -- myStrength is excited to announce CEO and Co-Founder, Scott Cousino has been invited to speak at BrainFutures, a conference on innovations to optimize brain health and transform mental health care, to be held September 6 –7 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in Maryland. Cousino will also speak at Vinfen, a conference highlighting innovative technology in Community Health Care on Friday, September 8, 2017 at The Joseph B. Martin Conference Center at Harvard Medical School.
The BrainFutures conference features renowned leaders sharing research-to-practice innovation to optimize brain health and transform mental health care. A central goal of the conference is to connect the audience with new evidence-based technologies and programs, but also to share examples of their use. Cousino will present on a panel entitled, Digital Technologies for Treatment, and will be joined by Dr.Sherry Dubester, VP, Behavioral Health and Clinical Programs at Anthem, along with Dror BenZeev, who has created an app for people with schizophrenia, and Cori Lathan, CEO of Anthrotronix. BrainFutures will be held September 6-7 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland.
On September 8, Cousino will speak at the 40th Annual Vinfen Conference on Innovative Technology in Community Health Care. In honor of its 40 years of innovation and commitment to care for people with psychiatric conditions, intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and behavioral health challenges, the Vinfen Innovative Technology in Community Health Care Conference will focus on new technologies and their impact on integrated behavioral and physical health.
Cousino’s panel start at 1pm and features innovative technologies being developed and evaluated in the integrated care area, and will include representatives from the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center (Healthcare Effectiveness Research Director Amar Das, MD, PhD), Wellframe (Co-Founder and Chief Medical Director Trishan Panch, MD, MPH, Pear Therapeutics (Vice President of Clinical Development Yuri Maricich, MD, MBA), and Mozzaz (Co-founder and Chief Business Development Officer Rini Gahir, BSc, MBA). The 40th Annual Vinfen Conference will be held Friday, September 8, 2017 at The Joseph B. Martin Conference Center at Harvard Medical School.
