About NACD Florida Chapter
The NACD Florida Chapter was established by National Association of Corporate Directors in 2005 to create a local, cross-industry peer-to-peer director forum for the exchange of knowledge and ideas throughout Florida. Events are held in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa and Naples. By convening directors and experts to examine leading practices and anticipate developing issues, the Chapter helps participating directors be more effective in the boardroom, add value to their organizations, and foster the positive image of corporations and business organizations through improved corporate governance. The Chapter also provides a grass-roots channel through which members can participate in NACD’s nationwide dialog on corporate and organizational governance practices and principles.
