Ms. Considine is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. For nearly 40 years, Ms. Considine has played an integral role in the success of Admiral Broach Company, Inc., a family-owned business that engineers, repairs and manufactures broach-related cutting tools and machines. Initially working part time, Ms. Considine has been there full time since 1984 and is Comptroller / Office Manager. In addition to her responsibilities at Admiral Broach Co., Inc., she also serves as part-time Office Manager at R&R Broach Co., Inc., which provides production broaching services.

In both positions, Ms. Considine uses her expansive administrative and management skills that she has honed throughout her career. From managing company finances to overseeing sales and marketing to handling quality control and training, Ms. Considine ensures the day-to-day operations of the two companies run smoothly and efficiently. Despite her busy schedule, Ms. Considine also manages to successfully hold another job as an Independent Beauty Consultant at Mary Kay.
