As Vice-President, Ms. Southard oversees the financial operation of the company in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans for its success. With her exceptional business acumen she maintains awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets and new industry developments.
Ms. Southard regularly contributes to United Way of the Black Hills, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Wounded Warrior Project, VFW, Shriners, Feeding South Dakota and Relay for Life. She also supports South Dakota Police Officers and the South Dakota Highway Patrol.
