NAPW Inducts Kathleen Panning, Founder/Certified Coach at Aflame Ministry Consulting, Into its VIP Professional Woman of the Year Circle
Garden City, NY (PRWEB) September 29, 2016 -- The National Association of Professional Women(NAPW) honors Kathleen Panning as a 2016-2017 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in coaching and consulting. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 850,000 members, a thriving eChapter and over 200 operating Local Chapters.
“I’m pleased to welcome Kathleen into this exceptional group of professional women,” said NAPW President Star Jones. “Her knowledge and experience in her industry are valuable assets to her company and community.”
Self-motivated, results oriented and driven to succeed, Kathleen Panning is a seasoned professional who has constantly set her goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations for personal excellence. Throughout her career, she has exhibited exemplary teamwork, expertise, integrity and dedication.
Ms. Panning has been an ordained Pastor since 1980, but in 2011, she left the parish ministry to pursue a career in coaching. Officially retiring in 2014, Ms. Panning has now begun her coaching/consulting business. Her offerings include mastermind groups for female pastors, rabbis and other faith leaders; coaching individual pastors about the How To Fascinate® assessment, developing their personal anthem and using the material in counseling situations; and coaching and consulting with the staff of faith communities and/or the leadership board utilizing the How To Fascinate® material to facilitate communication, minimize misunderstandings, prevent unproductive conflicts and/or improve their communication within their community.
Ms. Panning’s skills would be her ability to preach, speak and teach, all while training and leading workshops. She knows how to foresee problems and how to avoid them. She is a Fascinate Certified Advisor. She also partakes in pre-marital counseling. She would like to finish writing her book, Breaking the Stained Glass Ceiling, focused on telling the stories of female faith leaders and the obstacles they have gone through to practice their ministry. In early July, Ms. Panning was interviewed on Professionals Radio Network (PRNFM). All interviews are live and later archived on prnfm.com, for people to listen at their convenience.
