Katrina Pierce is Director of Administrative Services / Regional Officer Manager for the Northeast Region at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP. The fi rm specializes in accounting and consulting services. She has been there for over eight years, four years in her current position.
Ms. Pierce’s key responsibilities are overseeing all administrative support staff professionals in the Northeast Region at the firm, as well as managing local day-to-day operations of the Philadelphia office with over 150 team members in that office. Although challenging, she enjoys solving problems for team members by implementing new processes and procedures to make business operations run smoother and better.
“The most rewarding part of my job is mentoring my administrative support staff professionals by keeping them motivated and encouraged to do more without compromising the quality of their work and push them to reach their highest potential,” she said.
In the future, Ms. Pierce would like to continue to have administrative support staff professionals on her team who can help her and all the team members in the Northeast Region on the journey to become America’s Finest Professional Services Firm.
