In her early 20’s, Ms. Alexander realized her full potential when she joined the healthcare industry and became a committed Nurse for her community. After nearly 20 years of hard work, Ms. Alexander is currently part of Novant Health Infectious Disease Specialists as a RN Practice Manager. Her expertise includes overseeing the practice of daily operations, providing leadership amongst staff and physicians, meeting both financial and operational management needs and achieving positive patient care. Ms. Alexander’s skills consist of communicating well with patients and practice providers, prioritizing large assignments to accomplish both short- and long-term goals and establishing a diverse team of physicians to complete difficult objectives.
“What I find most rewarding is seeing a positive difference we make in the lives of our patients and families,” said Ms. Alexander.
Ms. Alexander believes the medical community is exciting yet challenging with many distinctive changes accumulating. Ms. Alexander will continue to work towards solving obstacles for herself and other physicians to administer progressive patient care. As for the future, Ms. Alexander is currently enrolled in a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program at South University to advance her nursing career.
