Mary Traynor’s reputation within the biopharmaceutical research industry is unparalleled. As the Associate Director of Clinical Research, Endpoint Management at inVentiv Health Clinic, her skills and areas of expertise include 18 years of clinical research, managing global clinical trials across multiple clinical therapeutic areas, in addition to twenty years of cardiovascular critical care nursing. Ms. Traynor’s specialties include: Associate Director Global Program Management; Mentorship and Growth Facilitation, Line Management; Endpoint Study Management, CRO and Alliance Management, Vendor Management; Cross-functional Operations Mentor Massachusetts College of Pharmacy Fellowship Program.
Ms. Traynor’s career in nursing began at Miriam Hospital in Providence, RI, as a critical care nurse. She continued to specialize in critical care at Richland Memorial Hospital and the Department of Veteran Affairs until entering into clinical research. Her clinical background opened doors to many leaders of the industry, including Genzyme Corporation, a Sanofi Company, Clinquest, Inc., and Smith Hanley Consulting Group.
