NAPW Inducts Regina Mitchell, President/Managing Partner, Warren Fabricating & Machining, Ohio Steel Sheet & Plate, Into its VIP Professional Woman of the Year Circle

President of Warren Fabricating and Machining for the last five years, Ms. Mitchell is justifiably proud of her professional achievements. She has also been Managing Partner for Ohio Steel Sheet and Plate Inc., for eight years. She co-owns both businesses with her brother Eric Rebhan and has been involved with both companies for over 25 years.
Ms. Mitchell’s goals for Warren Fabricating and Ohio Steel is to become responsible stewards of the environment in manufacturing. “We have new processes developed and equipment including an electric/diesel locomotive that is energy efficient that won us a grant from the Ohio EPA,” Ms. Mitchell said. She would like to strengthen both companies’ positions in the manufacturing sector in the United States and sustain both businesses in the ever-changing energy environment.
Aside from her career, Ms. Mitchell is a spokesperson for The Manufacturing Alliance of Ohio and has done some press about promoting manufacturing in America. She has a Business Management degree from Loyola University Chicago and has completed a Continuing Education Certificate for Energy and Resource Sustainability from American Military University.
