Nash County Travel & Tourism Holds Photo Contest
Rocky Mount, NC (PRWEB) June 13, 2016 -- Now’s the chance to have any personal photography recognized for its greatness. Nash County Travel & Tourism hosts a photo contest for non-professional photographers to have their pictures compete for placed prizes.
The contest has two categories: Local Places and Outdoor Recreation. The photos must be taken in Nash County and be recognized as Nash County. Each person may submit up to three pictures per category. In the end, there will be two total winners.
The winners for each category will receive $500, recognition in the Rocky Mount Telegram and the Nash County Travel & Tourism website. The winners will also receive a dinner for two at a local restaurant. The decisions made by the judges are final and will be notified by Dec. 1, 2016.
All photos must be submitted to info(at)rockymounttravel(dot)com by 11:59 p.m. on Sept. 30, 2016.
Terms & Conditions
The contest is free and open to any non-professional photographers 18 years of age or older. One person can submit up to three pictures per category. Only one photo per category can be selected for the winning prize. For photos in which a person is recognizable, a model release form must be included from the subject. Receive the release form on our website.
All photos must be submitted to info(at)rockymounttravel(dot)com by 11:59 p.m. on Sept. 30, 2016. By entering the contest, Nash County Travel & Tourism is granted permission the non-exclusive, royal-free rights for the unlimited reproduction of the photos entered for print, electronic publications and promotional materials for an unlimited time. All entries will be displayed on the website once they have been reviewed and approved. All winning decisions made by the judges are final.
