Nashville Fit Body Boot Camp Announces Opening of New Fitness Boot Camp
Nashville, TN (PRWEB) September 13, 2014 -- Fit Body Boot Camp is the fastest growing fitness franchise in the country, its growth a result of its reputation for intense, thirty-minute fat-burning workouts. Now Keith Stafford, owner of the new Nashville Fit Body Boot Camp, is thrilled to announce the Opening of their fitness boot camp on September 22, 2014.
“I’ve been working on opening a Fit Body Boot Camp location for over a year,” says Stafford. “I’m incredibly excited that we’re finally opening our doors.”
The Opening will be held at the fitness boot camp’s location near the I-65/Harding Place intersection, at 3656 Trousdale Dr., Suite 107, Nashville, TN 37204. The celebration will take place from 8:00am to 2:00pm and Stafford invites individuals and families to come join in the festivities.
In addition to complimentary 15-minute boot camp sessions every hour on the half hour, there will be other fun activities and prizes and gifts. In keeping with Fit Body Boot Camp’s participation in national and local hunger programs, Stafford is encouraging guests to bring any amount of non-perishable food, which will be donated to the Nashville area Second Harvest Food Bank.
Also, Stafford is hoping to raise funds to help purchase fitness equipment for the local fire department, and any donations will be deeply appreciated. “Our firefighters’ lives depend on them being strong and fit,” says Stafford. “They protect us and we need to do what we can to protect them. They’re in need of fitness equipment they can use at the station, since their schedules really don’t allow them to make it to a gym.”
Stafford’s eagerness to reach out to the community is all part of Fit Body Boot Camp’s core belief as a company that helping people to change their lives must extend beyond the walls of the boot camp.
