Runnels vast industry experience includes progressive sales, staffing, recruitment, training, and client development for both Nursing Professionals and Allied Health Professionals staffing. Some of her former positions include Director of Recruitment, Director of Account Management, Branch Manager, Business Development and Recruitment Manager. She holds a Bachelor's of Science in Healthcare Management Concentration from Baylor University.
