National Association of Professional Organizers Annouces the 2015 President's Award
MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. (PRWEB) April 30, 2015 -- The National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) have named the recipients of the 2015 President’s Award. Awards were presented to the Marketing Committee on Saturday, April 18, 2015, during the annual conference in Los Angeles, California. Traditionally, the award highlights the significant contributions that benefited NAPO and its general membership.
In 2010, NAPO President Laura Leist realized the need for additional marketing expertise and added the NAPO Marketing Committee. The Marketing Committee took on the task of drafting what is now known as the NAPO Social Media policies and established the NAPO’s official presence on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn. The Marketing Committee continues to advance the messaging surrounding NAPO's key initiatives, such as GO Month in January, annual conference and the Summer Organizing Tips contest.
NAPO acknowledges the volunteers who have contributed their time and talents from when it was started to the present time. The awards were presented to Darla DeMorrow, Liseanne Oliver and Tonia Tomlin for their contribution to the Marketing Committee. The NAPO volunteers who continue to serve on the Committee today are Deb Lee, CPO®, Julie Bestry, CPO®, Kim Oser, CPO®, Ellen DeLap, CPO®, Janice Simon, CPO®, Tamara Myles, CPO®, Judson Crowder, CPO® & Liz Jenkins, Conference Chair.
