Charlotte Caminos has more than 20 years of experience in the human resource arena. She started her career at the financial services company, SEI Global Fund Services, as a Human Resource Business Partner / Consultant until her status change in 2006. In her present position as Senior HR Business Partner, Ms. Caminos supports operations teams, including back-office and middle-office functions as well as platform development and change management teams. She provides coaching and mentoring to employees, from the Director to staff level.
In her highly regarded position, Ms. Caminos routinely handles complex employee relations, recruiting, event management and leads in the development and training programs that contribute to the development of strategies for employee retention. Ms. Camino’s prior positions include Director of Human Resources at CDNOW, Vice President of Human Resources at E-Duction, Inc. and Human Resources Management Consultant for The Valley Forge Consulting Group.
