National Association of Professional Women Announces Dolores T. Greenbaum, Manager, a 2015 Professional Woman of the Year
Garden City, NY (PRWEB) April 28, 2015 -- NAPW honors Dolores T. Greenbaum as a 2015 Professional Woman of the Year. Ms. Greenbaum is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. As the largest, most-recognized networking organization of professional women in the country, spanning virtually every industry and profession, the National Association of Professional Women is a powerfully vibrant networking community with nearly 700,000 members and over 200 Local Chapters.
“I am a dedicated leader with nearly 20 years of management experience in increasingly challenging and diverse environments,” says Ms. Greenbaum. Her most recent position was Manager, Network Operations Center at RigNet, a company that specializes in telecommunications for the oil and gas industry.
In her role, Ms. Greenbaum used her expert skills to successfully manage a team of more than 40 employees who were the first key point of contact with customers. She was primarily responsible for ensuring the needs of every customer were met and all issues were resolved in a timely manner. “I also implemented quality and standardized work instructions, working closely with front line employees, functional managers and senior management to establish cross-functional processes and procedures,” says Ms. Greenbaum.
One of the more satisfying aspects of Ms. Greenbaum’s management career has been her ability to mentor staff and help them grow professionally. “What I have found to be most rewarding is to see employees who I have helped, develop and move on to bigger and better things,” she says. “I hope to find a new position where I can use my people-coaching and development skills. I love to see people learn and grow, meet, and at times, exceed their goals.”
