National Association of Professional Women Announces Kristina E. Schultz, IT Audit Manager, Global Technology & Operations, MetLife, a Professional Woman of the Year
Garden City, NY (PRWEB) January 13, 2015 -- NAPW honors Kristina E. Schultz, IT Audit Manager, Global Technology & Operations at MetLife, as a 2014-2015 Professional Woman of the Year. Ms. Schultz is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in information technology. Kristina Schultz’s career in information technology (IT) began as an Intern with Price Waterhouse Coopers, a leading consulting firm specializing in audit and assurance. She also worked as an IT Auditor for Lowes Corporation in New York.
Now employed at Met Life, Ms. Schultz holds the title of IT Audit Manager, Global Technology &Operations. "Since my promotion, I have had the opportunity to work with our Latin American audit team by identifying and designing an audit plan based on IT risks within the region," says Ms. Schultz. Her list of industry skills and competencies include IT audit, SAS70, enterprise risk, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, internal controls, governance, SSAE16, project management and external audit.
Ms. Schultz has a Bachelor of Arts from Pace University in Information Technology.
