National Association of Professional Women Announces Natalie Wade, M.S., Owner / Operator / Author at Mrs. Natalie’s Childcare, a 2015 Professional Woman of the Year
Garden City, NY (PRWEB) February 10, 2015 -- NAPW honors Natalie Wade, Owner of Mrs. Natalie’s Childcare, as a 2015 Professional Woman of the Year. Ms. Wade is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. As the largest, most-recognized networking organization of professional women in the country, spanning virtually every industry and profession, the National Association of Professional Women is a powerfully vibrant networking community with over 600,000 members and over 200 Local Chapters.
After home schooling her own children who have since gone on to college, Natalie Wade opened Ms. Natalie’s Childcare for the children in her hometown of Paris, TN, using homeschooling as an educational model. After nine years in childcare, Ms. Wade earned a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education. Since earning her degree, Ms. Wade has taken steps to transition into a full-time career as a Childhood Education Specialist. She is also an Author of two children’s books, Lily’s Feather Kite and Lily’s Flower Igloo, published by Author House Publishing. She has just released another book, The Trials of Otto, with Tate Publishing.
Ms. Wade has a Master's in Family and Consumer Science from the University of Tennessee; a Bachelor of Science in Organizatinal Management from Bethel University and an Early Childhood Program Administration credential from Nashville Community College. She is actively involved with the National Association for Family Child Care and will be presenting workshops in January 2015 sponsored by The Southern Early Childhood Association. Ms. Wade is working on two more Lily books for publication.
