National Association of Professional Women Inducts Brenda S. Kloberdanz, Manager at LGS Innovations, Into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle

Throughout her career Ms. Kloberdanz built an impressive resume of experience leading product engineering teams through all stages of the product life cycle. She has an extensive track record of identifying process or product gaps along with the solutions required to close those gaps.
Ms. Kloberdanz’s engineering career began as a Plant Metallurgist at Howmet, a company specializing in investment casting, and she also held positions at the Chrysler Group. She has written a number of industry-articles. “Hydrogen Embrittlement in Automotive Fastener Applications” was published in the American Fasteners Journal, and “Hydrogen Embrittlement in Automotive Fastener Applications” was published in the SAE Technical Paper Series #960312.
