In 1998, she became Co-Owner of Glenn County Title Company incorporating her expertise in human resource management, customer service retention, relations and development in her executive role.

In 2013, Ms. Thomas seized upon an opportunity to position herself as a motivational speaker and business consultant. Currently, she assists business owners with improving the operation of their businesses, and helps employers and employees successfully navigate their careers. Her talks have inspired countless professionals to incorporate her concepts and ideas into everyday practice.
