National Association of Professional Women Inducts Deborah Murr, Administrative Director of Health Services at Kern Health Systems, Into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle

Deborah Murr brings more than 30 years of experience in many disciplines within the healthcare field, including medical and surgical experience, care and case management, and managed healthcare organizations. She has been serving as Administrative Director of Health Services since 2010 providing direct managerial and regulatory oversight for the Utilization Management, Case Management, Disease Management, Health Education and Quality Improvement departments.
The most challenging aspect of her career has been the recent changes in healthcare in part due to the Affordable Care Act for developing new innovations in the healthcare delivery systems and reimbursement structures. Ms. Murr is currently completing her Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management and plans to continue her current work with the medical population.
