National Association of Professional Women Inducts Dr. Catherine Cronemeyer, Psy.D., L.P., L.L.C, Into its VIP Professional Woman of the Year Circle

Drawn to helping and supporting people from a young age, Dr. Cronemeyer was destined to become a Psychologist. Building her own private practice, she has worked in the field of eating disorders since 2003. She sees many people who struggle with their relationship with food, body image, and managing their weight and stress in their lives. Dr. Cronemeyer also treats her patients suffering from mood and anxiety disorders. She teaches Principles of Psychology at Augsburg College as well.
“I am rewarded when a client calls me and tells me that I changed their life and that they are healthy, found their passion and are now fulfilling their dreams,” she said. “It is an amazing experience to get these calls.”
In the near future, Dr. Cronemeyer would like to expand her practice and expertise by providing therapy services to seniors and by training a therapy dog to attend sessions and volunteer in the community. Aside from her career, she is currently involved with American Psychological Association, Minnesota Psychological Association and the Academy for Eating Disorders. She is passionate about charitable organizations such as National Eating Disorders and The Humane Society.
