Self-motivated and results driven to succeed, Genevieve H. Carabajal is a seasoned professional who has constantly set her goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations for personal excellence. Throughout her career, she has exhibited exemplary teamwork, expertise, integrity and dedication.
Ms. Carabajal has more than 20 years of experience as an Information Technology (IT) professional. For over a decade, she has provided expert project implementation support. She started her career working in the Federal Government, holding positions in several different departments, including the Department of Defense, the Department of Commerce and the Department of Interior. She then moved on to City Government and worked for the Information Technology division for the City of Albuquerque, where she was responsible for the completion of the PS 8.9 CIS Implementation Project.
In 2006, Ms. Carabajal joined Bearingpoint, an international management and technology consulting firm as a Consultant. In 2009, she made the bold leap to entrepreneurship and established GHC Consulting, LLC. As President, Ms. Carabajal oversees multiple consulting projects, using her extensive skills as a functional architect for utility bulling software (Peoplesoft 8.9 and CC&B 2.2 and 2.3). Her company, which is a Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business, specializes in utilities billing software implementations support.
