National Association of Professional Women Inducts Heather Kaiser, Writer, Into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle
Garden City, NY (PRWEB) September 17, 2015 -- The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Heather Kaiser as a 2015-2016 inductee into the NAPW VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. With more than 775,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters, NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women.
“I’m pleased to recognize Heather with this important honor,” said NAPW President Star Jones. “Her perseverance, work ethic and leadership qualities are an inspiration to all women.”
As a Writer, Heather Kaiser starts simply by putting a pen to a piece of paper with a single idea or sentence, which leads to pages of words that flow into a story. She believes that inspiration is the most important part of writing and it could come in the form of a single word, thought or even overhearing someone’s comment in passing. She finds a “dream creating” purpose, premise, plot and theme to create a well-rounded story line.
Ms. Kaiser, who previously worked as a Director at the American Psychological Association and PAC Administrator I at the American College of Radiology, has found her true passion as a writer. She has her own blog where she is constantly providing her followers and new readers with stories, poems or thoughts.
Knowing that inspiration is what triggers writing, Ms. Kaiser is well aware that it can be very difficult as well. She explained in one of her blog posts that “inspiration is like dieting. You can diet and lose weight and keep on track. Yet, once you get off track from a diet it is very difficult to get back into the regime.”
To stay inspired, Ms. Kaiser enjoys doing daily writing prompts to keep her mind and imagination flowing to eventually create a piece that she can share with others. NAPW applauds Ms. Kaiser for altering her career to fulfill her dream of being a successful writer.
Awards & Accomplishments: Bachelor’s, Longwood University, French and English
