National Association of Professional Women Inducts Jessica Goldstein, Vice President / Account Director at Discovery USA, Into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle

Ms. Goldstein is Vice President, Account Director at Discovery USA, a healthcare communications agency dedicated to improving health and transforming lives. Prior to her successful history of managing accounts at several reputable medical communications companies, Ms. Goldstein began her career at Discovery as a Meetings Coordinator in 1998.
“I started in medical communications as a fluke when I moved to Chicago and was looking for a job,” said Ms. Goldstein. “I fell in love with the work I was doing. Now, I am back at the company I started out at in 1998.”
As Vice President, Account Director, Ms. Goldstein is responsible for the leadership, operation and financial performance of the Medical Communications team within the agency. On a daily basis, she seamlessly manages the multiple needs and project deadlines of her many clients. She consistently delivers projects ahead of schedule and within budget while keeping her team members motivated and on-task.
“My clients all have products that shape the pharmaceutical industry. The knowledge that the brands I work on truly help people, especially in the rare disease space, is extremely rewarding,” she said.
