Ms. Thomas recently retired as President and CEO of Central Illinois Agency on Aging, Inc. Today, she formed and is now the Principal of The Social Factor L3C, an Illinois limited liability company.

Ms. Thomas’ future goal is to see The Social Factor L3C launch activities within two years that will achieve the potential for collaboration that lowers the cost of healthcare, makes social services more stable, communities and businesses thrive.
