National Association of Professional Women Inducts Kathy Klock, R.N., B.S.N., Senior VP at Gundersen Health System, Into its VIP Professional Woman of the Year Circle

Ms. Klock started her career in healthcare as an R.N. in Syracuse, NY, more than 30 years ago. Today, she is Senior Vice President at Gundersen Health System, an integrated healthcare organization. Based in La Crosse, Wisconsin, the company serves counties in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa.
In her key role at Gundersen Health System, Ms. Klock uses her skills in communication, leadership, organizational development and human resources as she manages the day-to-day operations of Gundersen Health System’s hospitals and clinics. She is also responsible for the organizations other divisions, including Information Systems, Quality, Nursing, Learning & Development and Human Resources.
Before joining Gundersen Health System in 2003, Ms. Glock was Director Organizational Development at Spectrum Health for more than 12 years. She is now looking forward to her retirement within about six months.
