Before establishing her business, Ms. Boyd, who earned her Juris Doctorate in Law from Golden State University, worked for the internal consumer advocacy group within the California Public Utilities Commission. Joining forces with industry and environmental groups and others, she obtained sponsored legislation and helped enact policy initiatives and changes on such important issues as energy, environmental, communications, transportation, telecommunication and water issues in the State of California.
Ms. Boyd brings the same tireless work ethic to her role as Consultant, using the skills she has honed during her illustrious career to offer such services as expert analysis, strategic planning and risk management.
