National Association of Professional Women Inducts Lynn De Vaney, Senior Vice President / Owner of Environmental Care & Share, Inc., Into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle
Garden City, NY (PRWEB) December 08, 2015 -- The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Lynn De Vaney as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in the environmental products industry. Since 1972, Lynn De Vaney has worked alongside her husband, Dr. William R. Jackson, President of Environmental Care & Share, and together they specialize in formulating and manufacturing organic projects. According to the company’s website, for more than 30 years, Ms. De Vaney has “established, organized and managed companies.”
Products offered by Environmental Care & Share include “The Carbon Answer”, a type of organic plant food that promotes compost creation, as well as “The Livestock Answer,” a supplement for animals that is designed to expedite digestion. The company was established when Dr. Jackson realized that the farm community where he was raised would now require the use of a tractor.
As she states on Environmental Care & Share’s website, Ms. De Vaney’s interest in the industry “was heightened when her daughter taught school in the farming area of California’s Central Valley where instances of Attention Deficit Disorder and other similar disorders were higher for the children of farm workers than for other children.”
Ms. De Vaney holds a certificate in nonprofit management from California State University – Haywood. She cites administration and licensing as her areas of expertise. When not working, Ms. De Vaney supports the Salvation Army, the Organic Trade Association and the World Trade Association.
