Most recently, she manages a team of 14 Sales Consultants, who consistently meet and exceed company goals by understanding the needs of their customers to create value-based solutions for them.
Ms. Guerrero is able to identify opportunities for the company’s applications and create winning sales strategies so they are able to close deals. “I have years of experience within the contact center industry that allows me to be credible with my customers and my team,” she said.
Feeling most accomplished when she sees her team achieve their targets, Ms. Guerrero continues to help them grow professionally.
