National Association of Professional Women Inducts Teresa McNeill, B.A.S., Systems Analyst at General Dynamics, Into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle

As part of her job duties, Ms. McNeill oversees all IT and network functions at General Dynamics. Her skills and areas of expertise include information assurance, computer security, systems engineering, disaster recovery, solutions architecture, network administration, databases, project management, troubleshooting, communication and leadership.
Ms. McNeill earned her Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale. She went on to complete her Master’s degree in Information Technology Management from Colorado Technical University, where she also received Professional Certificates in Database Management, Networking and Communications, System Analysis / Integration and Project Management.
When not working, Ms. McNeill is Coordinator for the Pochard Foundation for Abused Children. She assists with the foundation’s annual benefit brunch and dinner. For her commitment to achieving success according to her personal standards of excellence, Ms. McNeill is being honored as a leader and role model for her profession.
