Presenting oneself as professional, competent and up-to-date makes all the difference to a woman’s self-esteem and confidence. Tracey Lemle, a Holistic Health Coach and Founder of Kale with a Side of Fries, ensures each client receives the care and coaching that will enlighten her inner beauty and unlock hidden possibilities of happiness, self-worth and vibrant health.
“After trying different diets through college and afterward, I realized that my passion is food, eating, health and wellness,” she said. “I needed to make this my career, so I stopped bouncing from corporate job to corporate job and I went and got myself certified!”
As a certified Health Coach, Mrs. Lemle is well-educated on the tools, tips and tricks needed to help someone succeed in achieving their goals. She has studied over 100 diet theories and learned that diets don’t work for the masses. “Each person’s body is unique and needs a personalized wellness plan to reach optimal health,” she says. When working with a client, Mrs. Lemle focuses on the individual and creates customized programs that address all aspects of his/her life such as relationships, career, and of course health. She works on goal setting and helps clients create a new lifestyle rather than simply a new ‘diet.’ Mrs. Lemle refers to herself as an accountability partner and a guide on the side for her clients.
“A person shouldn’t feel like her health has to come second; it can be equally balanced and that’s what I’m here to help with.”
