The integration with Laser App will populate PlanMember’s forms with data from the advisor’s CRM, and hand off the forms to Silanis for electronic signature. Once securely e-signed, e-SignLive will seamlessly hand the documents off to PlanMember systems for true paperless processing.
By automating their account openings process and other account maintenance transactions with Laser App and e-SignLive e-signatures, PlanMember’s 500 independent advisors will be able do everything directly from their laptops and iPads – faster and more efficiently, without document errors such as missing data or signatures. Business rules within e-SignLive ensure that incomplete documents can’t be submitted for processing until all data fields have been filled out and all signatures/initials are captured.
With PlanMember based in California but transacting nationally, enforcing business rules is especially important considering the time differences between the home office and the east coast. On paper, any deficiencies in a customer’s paperwork are typically not found until the end of the business day, when offices on the east coast are already closed – which further delays the process.
