Boasting twists and turns and reaching 18 feet in height, the structure is inspired by ancient labyrinths and will take up residence in the Museum’s historic Great Hall. The maze, which will be the first large-scale building installation inside the museum since 1988, will be open July 4 to September 1, 2014.
At the completion of the project, Work Zone Cam producers will hand-edit the high resolution jobsite images into a professional time-lapse movie. Viewers will be able to watch as the vision for The BIG Maze comes to life.
