National College for DUI Defense Drug Testing and Trial Course Opens for Registration
Montgomery, AL (PRWEB) August 03, 2016 -- The National College for DUI Defense, Inc. (NCDD) announces a new course in forensic science and trial advocacy, focusing on accusation of driving under the influence of drugs. Serious Science: Advanced Course in Blood Drug Analysis and Trial Advocacy will take place in Arlington, Texas on December 9 – 14, 2016. This course follows the same format as the NCDD’s other nationally acclaimed Serious Science course in blood-alcohol analysis and trial advocacy. The course is limited to 21 students. Registration opens August 3, 2016, at http://www.NCDD.com.
The Serious Science’s course combine two days of study of specific case-related issues in forensic science, with three days of training in how to effectively communicate scientific concepts in the courtroom. The all-star science faculty includes Kevin Schug PhD, Andreas Stolz Phd, Steven Oakes PhD, Janine Arvizu CQA, and Anthony Palacios. The law faculty includes Betsy Greene, Kimberly Benjamin, and Joshua Karton, instructors from the Spence Trial Lawyers College.
The NCDD courses are the nation’s most advanced courses in forensic science and trial advocacy. Together with Mastering Scientific Evidence, and Science as Your Best Defense: Metrology 3.0 the four courses make up the NCDD’s advanced curriculum in forensic science and trial advocacy. “No other curriculum in the country is as effective in teaching a lawyer how to handle forensic science in the courtroom,” said Andrew Mishlove, Serious Science Course Director. Students who complete all four courses receive a Certificate of Completion of the NCDD Advanced Curriculum in Forensic Science and Trial Advocacy.
