National Law Firm Moves to Orlando’s Regions Bank Center
Orlando, FL (PRWEB) January 31, 2014 -- On the heels of numerous office moves throughout the country, national law firm Wilson Elser is pleased to announce that it has moved its Orlando office to Regions Bank Center, a Class A building located in Orlando’s central business district.
The firm relocated from 105 East Robinson Street to 9,428 square feet on the 12th floor of 111 North Orange Avenue.
Chris Tarzon, managing director of global commercial real estate services firm Studley and Paul Kelly of Coughlin Commercial represented Wilson Elser in the leasing transaction. Natalee Gleiter and Yvonne Baker of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the building owner, MTJ Orlando LLC.
According to Tarzon, the new building provides Wilson Elser with greater space efficiencies, allowing the firm to lease less space and reduce its occupancy costs.
“This lease enables Wilson Elser to upgrade its offices, as well as accommodate the firm’s existing headcount and projected growth,” explained Tarzon.
“We are thrilled with our new location,” shared John Bussey, regional managing partner of Wilson Elser’s Orlando office. “Regions Bank Center offers numerous amenities including an onsite restaurant, bank, and gym.”
“Being situated on the 12th floor also provides us with sweeping views of Orlando,” Bussey added.
