Blick is originally from Muscatine, Iowa. She graduated from St. Ambrose University with her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources. At Advanta IRA she will perform multiple duties including managing the human resource information system, assisting with employee development and training initiatives, and recruiting the most talented employees.
