“The questionnaires related directly to award categories and were used as the criteria for determining winners with Navint scoring highest in Work Life balance,” Weymouth continued. “Work Life Balance is defined as the extent an organization and its management recognize the need for personal balance for an employee by implementing programs to accommodate such needs."
